16-Oct-2026 — restore ICS feeds and reuse programme status on My walks (ref #345, #403)

Calendar subscriptions (/api/calendar/events.ics and the personal my-walks feed) include upcoming walks and events again. Google and other subscribers were seeing an empty calendar because the feed query matched no stored start times.
On My walks, Published and Website only badges match the programme overview. A walk that has been uploaded to Walks Manager no longer shows Website only after later edits, even when the Ramblers status field is still draft.
Programme rows use a shared layout: the action is labelled Edit (in line with View and lead), and status, View and Edit/lead sit in the same columns from row to row.
