Choosing a Welcome-style email type now uses that type's member filter (for example people added in the last month) instead of leaving the default All Members list selected. The Recipients stepper hint matches what is actually on To, Cc and Bcc.
New sits on the left of Save and Show on a full-width equal button row. With unsaved content, New shows a Discard email content? alert; click New again to start a blank email. The New button stays labelled New.
On a phone, Back and Next stay on one row. Show sits after Next, next to Send, at half width. Exit spans the last row when it is the leftover button.
Compact alerts keep title, an em dash, then the body on one line, with the dismiss control beside the text rather than over it. On a narrow screen the body uses the full width under the title.
Empty To is invalid. Preview and send need at least one To address; Bcc-only is not enough, and the logged-in member is no longer used as a stand-in.
A branded send with one person on To and committee on Bcc is one message. Bcc people are copies, not extra personalised sends.
Ticking Re-send to members already sent this email only adds or removes those people. It no longer rebuilds the whole list, so the checkbox stays responsive.
Member name and email on a branded chip cannot be edited. Only typed-in addresses can. Filter labels include the configured time window.
Adding a first walk leader no longer shows as contact details updated. The prior-send alert lists who was already sent, and delete-after-send is a single paragraph.
On Compose, Subject, attachments and salutation share one collapsible frame. The subject stays editable when closed, with the attachment and salutation summary underneath; expand the heading or summary to change the other settings.
Emails without template wording omit the empty Template content section. Changing email type ignores template responses left over from the previous type.
In Mail Settings → Email Configurations, enable Offer a drafted intro and choose Platform update under What the intro should do to offer the update controls for that email type. Platform admin access is still required.
