## Paste a copied email

Paste an Outlook or Gmail message that includes headers such as From, To, Cc and Subject into the **Email Composer**. The subject, recipients and message body now appear in their matching fields. Copied Cc addresses remain on Cc.

After choosing **Send**, use **Confirm send** in the toolbar. The other workspace actions stay in place, and the confirmation button fits on one line.

## Confirm an inbox-provider change

In [Mail Settings → Inbox](https://ngx-ramblers.org.uk/admin/mail-settings?tab=inbox "{{siteUrl}}"), choosing to switch between **Gmail** and **Direct to inbox** shows a confirmation warning. Choose **Confirm** or **Cancel** before starting another switch.
