# 30-Oct-2026 — answer IMAP CHECK and numbered body parts [#407](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/issues/407)

## [build 1028](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/actions/runs/41051873480) — [commit 20fd79a](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/commit/20fd79ae405af58035acfb24c84b9666e1425c11)

## What's new

- Outlook can keep a mailbox in sync: the mail application now treats the IMAP `CHECK` command as a normal mailbox refresh instead of rejecting it, which previously stalled folder synchronisation.
- Thunderbird can open a message on the first click: numbered body parts such as `BODY[1.TEXT]` and `BODY[1.HEADER]` now return the HTML or headers instead of an empty reply, so the reading pane no longer flashes while the client retries.
