# 30-Oct-2026 — retain pasted content and keep editor controls responsive [#438](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/issues/438)

## [build 1026](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/actions/runs/40988234188) — [commit e208ce9](https://github.com/nbarrett/ngx-ramblers/commit/e208ce9fa9eb42962132f652a2e5ef63b97d70c6)

_____

- Paste multiple images together into the email composer; images supplied with text keep their place in the message instead of being replaced by plain text.
- Pasted email layout tables are converted before editing so their text and pictures can be retained when saving and reopening the draft.
- Select an image to use its resize handles and open Image settings from the gear at its top-right corner; the settings panel opens inward over the image.
- Press Backspace in an empty paragraph immediately after a table to select the table, then press Backspace again to remove it. Editing within cells keeps its usual behaviour.
- Composer status messages appear inside the existing shared alert panel without a separate green banner, and opening a draft no longer adds an unnecessary loaded notification.

- Keep Angular change detection attached while editing and remove temporary event diagnostics.
- Normalise image display attributes through the existing resource helpers while retaining stored keys and upload locations.
- Reuse table normalisation for clipboard HTML and flush converted content into the composer model immediately.
- Cover clipboard image retention, formatted paste, image resource URLs, table deletion and attached change detection with regression tests.
