Map Meeting Minutes Ready to an email configuration to send; leave it on (none) if the group does not want that mail.\n- Existing groups stay on (none). A Meeting minutes ready configuration is added so there is something to map, without turning the mail on by itself.\n- The mail uses the usual email configuration for subject, sender role, banner and template. It goes to the recorder's committee address if they have one, otherwise their member email.
