## What's new

- When draft meeting minutes are ready, the recorder can be emailed through [Mail Settings → Built-in Processes](https://ngx-ramblers.org.uk/admin/mail-settings?tab=built-in-processes "{{siteUrl}}"). Map Meeting Minutes Ready to an email configuration to send; leave it on (none) if the group does not want that mail.
- Existing groups stay on (none). A Meeting minutes ready configuration is added so there is something to map, without turning the mail on by itself.
- The mail uses the usual email configuration for subject, sender role, banner and template. It goes to the recorder's committee address if they have one, otherwise their member email. [System Settings → Video Meetings](https://ngx-ramblers.org.uk/admin/settings/system-settings?tab=video-meetings "{{siteUrl}}") points at Built-in Processes instead of a separate checkbox.
