In Email Composer, open Events, choose the date range and events, then use Editable programme to generate content that the coordinator can review and edit before distribution.
Choose the existing email layout or a three-column programme listing, and use Customise this format to edit the layout and save it in the existing Content Templates library for reuse.
Save the email draft to retain the programme and its format choices. The edited programme replaces the automatic event list in the email, and regenerating it asks before replacing your edits.
The programme uses the same edit, preview and print controls as a committee document: edit the text, or preview the document with its introduction and sign-off, then choose Print / Save as PDF.
Programme documents keep the shared committee-file toolbar within its own editing area, and document images use a fixed height with their content centred.
