Location: Dryhill Nature Reserve Car Park (free) Dryhill Lane is a fairly narrow lane and the car park is a long way down on the left.

Leaving Dry Hill Nature Reserve we make our way south via Goathurst Common to the village of Ide Hill where we will have our picnic lunch on the green, refreshments are available at the nearby Cock Inn.

After lunch we drop down the hill before climbing up again into Scords Wood and turn north, skirting Emmetts Garden. We then pass through a mixture of open fields and woodland back to the start.

Please bring a picnic and a drink
