Bourne Valley Circular (10 miles)

An enjoyable day walk in quiet countryside on the Saturday of the August Bank holiday weekend

Starting from Shipbourne Common, we cross the Fairlawne estate and head towards Borough Green via Yopps Green and Basted. A picnic lunch stop at Old Soars Manor Bring your own sandwiches. Our return is through a number of fruit orchards via Dunks Green and onwards to Shipbourne Common.

The orchards should be full of fruit and good views and photo opportunities will be available throughout the walk crossing the River Bourne  a number of times during the day.
