Dover

Meet at Dover Railway station. Walk from Dover to Folkestone along the cliffs. Bring a packed lunch or there are cafes and pubs in Folkestone (40 min stop). Option to get the train/bus back from Folkestone at the 9 mile mark. 

Walk back to Dover via Church Hougham and  the Western Heights. There are some steep climbs and uneven ground.
