Edenbridge Cowden Circular

A walk through water meadows and and woods, fields and farms, over an undulating but not excessively demanding countryside.

The route leaves Edenbridge along the river Eden to Marsh Green and climbing to join the Sussex Border Path at Jules Wood, which we will follow via Waystrode Manor to the picturesque village of Cowden, where we will have our picnic lunches and take refreshments as wished at the Fountain.

In the afternoon the route takes us through Glover's Hawes, Gilridge and Cobhambury before joining the Roman Road, which we will branch off through the fields to meet the River Eden and enter the Town through the Churchyard.
