Holly Hill circular, via Cobham

A circular walk from Holly Hill car park along the Wealdway, with open vistas over Vineyards to Luddesdown, Cobhambury Wood, and a climb up to Lodge Lane and Cobham, where we stop for an hour for lunch.  There are public toilets in the village. Also 3 pubs, one with links to Charles Dickens, to spread the group, so no bookings have been made.  Alternatively, there are plenty of places to eat a packed lunch and ensure a prompt start for the afternoon, which has some good views but is more wooded than the morning.  We return via Henley Street, Merry Hill, Priestwood Green and Boughurst Farm to Holly Hill.  Holly Hill Car Park is at the top of the Downs, so the morning walk is mostly down and the afternoon is mostly up.
