Location: We are parking at RSPB Cliffe Pools which has a large car park. You will need to pass Cliffe depot, follow the road and immediately left into the reserve. The car park is right at the end of the track. You may pass Eternal Lakes this is not our starting point, but continue along the road to Cliffe depot.

A flat walk through the marshes and beside the Thames starting from Cliffe Pools nature reserve. The walk takes in former quarries and farmland and field walking. We pass a church with Dickensian links. There is plenty of wildlife to be seen including red shanks, and egrets.
