Lympne Castle Circular

Free car parking at Lympne Village Hall, where the walk starts. We head west past Lympne Castle following the Saxon Shore Way, with far reaching views out towards Dungerness. At Port Lympne we take the zoo path down to the Royal Military Canal. From here the walk is flat towards Aldergate where we cross the canal and walk along the south side with views across the marsh. Upon reaching the Romney Hythe and Dymnchurch railway station we cross to the north bank of the canal heading to West Hythe and a short hill to take us back to the car park. There is no planned lunch stop.
