Regents Canal: Angel to Mile End

Meet at the entrance to Angel Islington Underground Station, Islington High Street.  Follow the Regent's Canal from Angel to Mile End, visiting Victoria Park and Mile End Park.  Refreshment stop at the Pavilion Cafe in Victoria Park.  An easy flat walk on mud free paths.
