Saturday walk from Manor Park to Loughton

A linear walk starting at Manor Park Station (Shenfield branch of the Elizabeth Line).  Follows the Centenary Way through woodland and green spaces via Wanstead Flats, Highams Park and Epping Forest to finish at Loughton Station (Central Line).  Option to finish at Chingford.  Bring a picnic lunch. Please note: as there are no tube trains from Loughton on Saturday 9 August, the Manor Park walk will now finish at Chingford overground station, making the walk 8 miles long.
