Shady woodland walk

A cool shady walk for hot weather through Mereworth Woods. Starting from West Peckham village we walk up the (steep) Stan Lane with beautiful views from the top. Then past Yotes Court vinyard and pretty glade along a stream before another short uphill into Mereworth Woods. We pass through many sorts of woodland before descending with more good views to West Peckham where The Swan will revive any who would like some good beers or other drinks.
