Summer Chiltern Ramble

Summer Chiltern Ramble. Circular walk from Peppard, through fields, woods and ancient lanes. About 800 ft of ascent. This walk consists of 2 loops - the first of 8 miles before lunch at Peppard Church, the second an optional additional 4 miles after lunch. Walkers are welcome to join for the first 8 miles only if they wish. Assistance dogs only. Public Transport - Reading Buses (pink) 25 stops at the Unicorn, Stoke Row Road, Peppard. It is about half a mile walk from the stop to the Red Lion, via Colliers Lane.  There are many stiles on the walk.
