WKWG AGM & Walk Leader Training - Saturday 15th November - Fordcombe Village Hall, TN3 0RY

Join us for an action-packed day at Fordcombe Village Hall! This is your chance to take part in shaping the future of the group, enjoy a free buffet lunch, and complete your walk leader training.

2025 AGM – 10:30 to 12:00

The day begins with our Annual General Meeting.

• Hear a review of the year’s activities: membership, walks, holidays, finances, and more.
• Vote in the committee and have your say on how the group is run.
• All full members are eligible to vote.

A draft agenda will be circulated in advance, along with details on how to raise Any Other Business items.

Lunch – 12:00 to 13:00

After two hours of lively discussion, relax and catch up with fellow West Kent Walkers over a FREE buffet lunch.

Walk Leader Training – 13:00 to 15:30

Whether you’re:

• An existing walk leader needing to complete your Ramblers training by December, or
• A new volunteer interested in leading your first walk and picking up tips from experienced leaders,

…this session is for you! We’ll run the two required interactive workshops to get you ready and confident to lead Ramblers walks.
